1. Order Processing & Shipping Costs

Please allow 2–5 business days for order review, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.
High-Demand Periods (Holidays / Special Promotions):
Processing may extend up to 6 business days during peak times.
Shipping Fee:
A flat $6.99 shipping fee applies to all orders, regardless of location.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your region and the fulfillment center used. Please note that these are estimates:

United States 8 – 14 business days
Canada / United Kingdom / Australia 10 – 16 business days
Other International Locations 14 – 21 business days
While we aim for prompt delivery, high-volume seasons or customs processing may slightly affect timing.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Important Notes:
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to become active
A delayed tracking update does not mean your order is lost — it’s still on its way
4. International Shipments & Customs
For orders outside your home country, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
This means:
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer
Logivex™ is not liable for delays caused by customs processing
Fees are typically minimal for small lifestyle and home products, but regulations vary by country
5. Changes or Cancellations
We prioritize rapid processing to get products to your door.
Requests to change shipping details or cancel an order must be sent to support@benuonlinew.com within 12 hours of purchase
Orders that have entered processing cannot be modified or canceled
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Your experience matters to us.
Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please send a photo within 72 hours of delivery
We will provide a replacement at no additional cost
Lost in Transit:
If the carrier confirms your order is lost, Logivex™ will send a replacement free of charge
